Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell x 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
I forgot to record my time! I also didn't realize until the end that the length of the jogging track in my gym is 150 meters. No wonder I was gassed - I ran around four times for a total of 600 meters. Oh, I used a 20kg plate for the swings. 25kgs is still quite heavy.
All in all good "easy" workout for another lazy absence.
